The information, guidance, and recommendations provided by Glow Holistically and Erika through wellness consultations, personalized protocols, question-and-answer services, direct messaging sessions, and other wellness services are intended for educational and general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and should not be considered medical advice.

Erika provides holistic wellness education from the perspective of a holistic naturopath and master herbalist. These services do not establish a physician-patient relationship and are not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional.

Recommendations may include education regarding nutrition, lifestyle practices, herbs, supplements, and other holistic wellness approaches. Individual needs and responses vary, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed.

Medications, Medical Conditions & Safety

Herbs, supplements, foods, and other natural products may cause adverse reactions and may interact with medications, supplements, medical conditions, or medical treatments. You are responsible for consulting with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional before making changes to prescribed medications, medical treatments, supplements, diet, or other aspects of your healthcare.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding your health history, current and past medical conditions, medications, supplements, allergies or sensitivities, and other information relevant to the wellness guidance you are requesting.

If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, breastfeeding, have a diagnosed medical condition, take prescription medication, or are currently receiving medical treatment, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before implementing recommendations involving herbs, supplements, significant dietary changes, or other wellness practices.

Medical Emergencies

These services are not appropriate for medical emergencies or urgent medical concerns. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention. Do not delay or discontinue appropriate medical care because of information provided through Glow Holistically.

Client Responsibility

By purchasing and participating in a wellness service, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own healthcare decisions. You understand that holistic wellness recommendations are educational in nature and that you may choose whether or not to implement them.

You also understand that wellness outcomes vary from person to person. Glow Holistically and Erika do not guarantee specific results from any recommendation, protocol, herb, supplement, dietary practice, or lifestyle change.

Scope of Services

The service you purchase is limited to the features specifically included in its description. Additional questions, consultations, follow-ups, revisions, or ongoing support beyond what is included in the purchased service may require the purchase of an additional service.

Appointments & Communication

For services that include a scheduled consultation or direct messaging session, clients are responsible for being available at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may reduce the amount of time available for the session.

Rescheduling and cancellation requests should be made as early as reasonably possible. Repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may require a new booking or additional payment.

Refund Policy

Because these services involve reserved time and/or personalized work, purchases are non-refundable once the service has begun, an appointment has taken place, or preparation of personalized recommendations or a protocol has started.

If Erika is unable to provide the purchased service, an appropriate rescheduling, credit, or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.

Privacy

Information you provide through intake forms, consultations, email, or direct messaging is used to provide the wellness service you requested and to communicate with you regarding that service. Please avoid sending information that is unnecessary for your wellness request.

Electronic communications and third-party platforms may carry privacy and security risks. By choosing to communicate electronically, you acknowledge these limitations.

Agreement

By purchasing a wellness service, submitting an intake form, or participating in a consultation or wellness session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Wellness Disclaimer & Terms of Service and agree to them.
